Surgical Extraction

This is a simple procedure using a needle and surgical extractor to remove sebaceous or other material which is trapped under the skin. There will be some redness and possible scabbing in the treated areas lasting 24-48 hours.


Conditions commonly treated by this modality include:

- Whiteheads and blackheads

- Small cysts

- Molluscum contagiosum.
